Inbizzy, Jakarta,— PT Administrasi Medika (AdMedika), a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, continues to reinforce its commitment to driving digital transformation in Indonesia’s healthcare sector. Since its establishment in 2002 as a Third Party Administrator (TPA), AdMedika has consistently introduced innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the insurance industry and healthcare providers.
Muhamad Nasrun Ihsan, Director of Marketing & Business at AdMedika, emphasized the company’s deep understanding of the dynamic healthcare ecosystem, which increasingly demands more efficient and accessible solutions.
“Healthcare services that were once carried out traditionally have now become faster and more efficient through digitalization. We continue to introduce innovations to meet the needs of our clients across various business segments,” Nasrun said on Wednesday (July 8, 2025).
One of AdMedika’s latest initiatives is the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology into its Hospital Information Management System (SIMRS) through a speech-to-text feature. This innovation enables doctors to automatically record patient interactions directly into the system, eliminating the need for manual data input.
“We are currently developing AI-based speech-to-text capabilities within SIMRS, allowing doctors to automatically record patient consultations directly into the system,” Nasrun added.
At its latest exhibition appearance, AdMedika showcased its integrated solutions, including the Healthical Information Management System (SIM) and AdKes (medical devices), allowing visitors to experience these innovations firsthand.
Key innovations highlighted include:
- Digital feature enhancements within the MyAdMedik@ app, such as MyReservation, discharge button, fast track discharge, and e-Reimbursement.
- Operational digitalization, featuring an AI-based Avatar system used for claim analysis, fraud detection, and other efficiency improvements.
- New product offerings such as NAHSehat, e-Sign, e-Meterai, Bridging Host-to-Host, and MedExpert.
Beyond internal solutions, AdMedika’s products and services are designed to integrate with and support broader collaboration within the TelkomGroup, extending digital transformation capabilities across the national healthcare ecosystem.
“By delivering solutions that enhance hospital operational efficiency and simplify access to digital healthcare services, AdMedika remains committed to supporting a more inclusive, people-centered transformation of Indonesia’s healthcare system,” Nasrun concluded.
