ACWA Power and Gulf Investment Corporation have signed a $4 billion agreement to develop Kuwait’s largest integrated power and water project, Az-Zour North Phase 2 & 3 IWPP, aiming for completion in 2029 with 2,700 MW capacity and 120 MIGD desalination output.
