Jurassic World Rebirth" Tops North American Box Office on Opening Weekend

Inbizzy, Los Angeles, — The dinosaur- adventure film Jurassic World Rebirth dominated the North American box office during its opening weekend, earning an impressive $91.5 million over three days, according to market analyst Comscore on Sunday (July 6).

Produced by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, the film has grossed a total of $147.3 million domestically since its debut on Wednesday (July 2). Internationally, it pulled in $171 million across 82 markets, bringing its global box office total to $318.3 million.

Continuing the long-running prehistoric saga, Jurassic World Rebirth marks the seventh film in the iconic Jurassic Park franchise and the fourth installment in the Jurassic World series. Directed by Gareth Edwards, the film stars Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, and Jonathan Bailey, introducing new energy and characters to the well-known story of humans encountering dinosaurs.

Landing in second place is F1 The Movie, a racing drama produced by Apple Original Films and distributed by Warner Bros. It brought in $26.1 million over the weekend, pushing its ten-day domestic total to $109.5 million.

In third place, DreamWorks Animation’s fantasy feature How to Train Your Dragon earned $11 million during its fourth week in theaters. Distributed by Universal, the film has now accumulated $224 million in North American box office revenue.

The strong opening of Jurassic World Rebirth highlights the continued global interest in dinosaur movies and legacy franchises. With its mix of action, adventure, and cutting-edge visual effects, the summer blockbuster has once again captured the imagination of audiences around the world.
